1. INDIVIDUAL: Registration AND New/Renewed Membership – $500.00
includes individual member dues of $75;

2. INDIVIDUAL: Registration ONLY for current member – $425.00

3. FEE WAIVER: Basic Conference Fee Waiver from NADE

EARLY REGISTRATION: Register online by January 31, 2018, with payment to receive early registration rates ($450 with renewed membership).

REGULAR REGISTRATION: Register online between February 1 and February 14, 2018 ($500 with renewed membership).

LATE AND ON-SITE REGISTRATION: Register online after February 14, 2018 or on site (late fee of $50 in effect).
