Note for registering someone other than yourself:
If you are registering someone else, you MUST include their email address in the event registration. Otherwise, they will not have access to the event app and important conference messages.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
To cancel, email acook@thenoss.org.
Cancel before September 16, 2025: $25.00 cancellation fee
Cancel October 2 - December 19, 2025: $50.00 cancellation fee
Cancel December 20, 2025 - January 22, 2026: $75.00 cancellation fee
Cancel after January 22, 2026: no refund
A transfer fee of $25 will be charged to transfer registration to another person at the same institution. NOSS membership requirements remain the same.
The deadline for transfers is January 22, 2026.
PRESENTERS: All presenters must register for the conference and should register by December 19, 2025.
If presenters are not registered by this deadline, their session may be cancelled.
MEMBERSHIP: Membership payments are handled as a separate item and are not included with conference registration.
